Tax Robo is a brand under MIAS, functioning akin to small retail outlets across various parts of the city to promote and deliver our valuable services to esteemed clients. Job assignments are efficiently managed in our central processing center and executed within the agreed-upon timelines. We currently have branches in Chennai, specifically in Pallikaranai and Tambaram, as well as in Coimbatore, Madurai, and Tiruppur in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. Additionally, we have associates in other cities to further extend our reach and services.

Founder and Chief visionary, Maniraj is the driving force behind the company. He is a Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) and a legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in compliance, regulatory frameworks, and strategic advisory. My qualifications in law, corporate governance, and finance, coupled with my role as an Independent Director and certifications in CSR and GST, enable me to provide end-to-end solutions for businesses navigating the intricate legal and regulatory landscape. With a strong foundation in corporate laws, including the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, I have consistently delivered tailored advice that supports organizational growth while ensuring compliance. He loves to keep his hands full by participating in the development of software, marketing, and customer experience strategies.
